Minnesota says Consumer Suit against Medicaid fraud in the pharmaceutical companies.
Two pharmaceutical companies cheated Minnesota health officials and consumers by artificially inflating the price of four major drugs, including the popular solution for asthma albuterol inhalation, the State asserts, in a complaint filed Wednesday.
The trial against the New Jersey-based Warrick Pharmaceuticals Corp. and residents in California Dey Inc., said consumer fraud and Medicaid fraud.
